Cranite pH minus - reduces the pH value of 1.5 kg

It is designed to lower the pH of pool water. The ideal pH value of bathing water should be in the range of 6.8 - 7.6. In this range, disinfectants work with maximum effectiveness and without negative side effects. At pH values below 6.8, there may be increased disruption of pool materials, color fading, and eye and skin irritation. PH values above 7.6 can cause milky cataracts, chlorine odors in the water, as well as eye and skin irritation and filter clogging. 15 g of the product (1 flat tablespoon) are dosed per 1 m3 of water (1,000 liters), reducing the pH by approximately 0.2 (a higher dose is usually required for hard water).

Instructions for use: Slowly add the required amount of product (dissolved in water in a plastic container) at the inflow of water into the pool with the filter device switched on. Check the pH value (testers) only after thorough mixing. Repeat this procedure until the pH is within the desired range. Until the product is thoroughly mixed by the filter device, it is necessary to exclude the presence of people in the pool! Then check the pH value once a week and regulate the detected deviations from the ideal value by adding Cranit pH plus or Cranit pH minus. The inspection is necessary especially before adding disinfectants.
