The W188 combination headlights are full LED lights with 6 types of lights: front parking, low beam, high beam, daytime running lights, front turn signal in dynamic (W188DD) version and additional side turn signal. All lights of the W188 series are adapted to work in 12 V or 24 V installations.

The W188 lights have received E20 homologation and therefore meet all approval requirements. It has been tested in an independent laboratory and has demonstrated an IP6K9K degree of protection, which means that it is completely resistant to dust ingress and water inundation. In addition, the lights are designed to work in temperatures from -40°C to +50°C.

The shape of the light body and the high-quality aluminum used in production increase the amount of heat dissipated and thus extend the life of the diodes. Using aluminum instead of traditional steel also significantly reduced the weight of the entire light. In addition, the entire body is protected against corrosion in a two-layer way, which allows it to be used for many years, without any problems. The lights have also used a high-quality, renowned connector, which also protects against water entering the light.

Overall, the tight closure of the lamp could have adverse effects during high temperature fluctuations and changing atmospheric conditions. It is therefore important to maintain sufficient air circulation for the proper functioning of all its components. For this purpose, the lights of the W188 series are equipped with a special membrane which, in addition to sufficient air circulation also protects against moisture and water.

The modern LED lights of the W188 series are available in both vertical and horizontal versions, and thanks to a special external mounting system, they can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The mounting method of the light is a fork mount with a rotating tip, available in 2 sizes indicated in the light symbol as A larger or B smaller. Depending on the user's needs, this allows for any lamp setting.

The individual components of the W188 lights are made of the highest quality materials, including the shade is made of durable polycarbonate, thanks to which it is characterized by increased resistance to breakage and mechanical damage. In addition, the lampshade itself has been coated with a special reinforcing coating that protects it from scratches.
